Campbell River Fishing Guide - Coastal Elements Charters is founded by a second generation fishing guide, Kyle Dempsey. With a lifetime of expertise on the local waters, Coastal Elements wants to give you a safe, exciting, and memorable ocean fishing experience.

Coastal Elements Charters run saltwater fishing trips of the coast of Campbell River, BC.  Year-round, here you can find something that’s biting, be it Chinook, Coho, Rockfish, or Lingcod. Muster your grip, and hop onboard.

You will be fishing with Captain Kyle, a second generation fishing guide. He’s grown up in the area, and his knowledge of the local waters will be valuable when reaching the spots teeming with fish. He will make sure you have a safe and enjoyable trip, and will help you land some hefty catch.

Captain Kyle operates from a 23’ Grady White offshore sport fishing boat. She was restored in 2017, and can take up to four anglers. Powered by two 150 HP Yamaha engines, she can cruise at the speeds of up to 36 knots. The boat is rigged with GPS, fishfinder, and stores safety equipment, including life jackets for youngsters.

The boat has a bed, and toilet, a live bait well, and an ice box. It also has all fishing equipment and lures. The captain will be glad to help you set the hooks at the right depth, but once the drag starts screaming, it’s your turn! You don’t need prior experience, or you can be a pro angler; either way, you’ll have a fun time out.

The captain will clean and bag your catch, so that you can take it home and treat yourself to a nutritious meal. Drinks are served onboard, and feel free to bring your snacks and lunch. Make sure to pack a fishing license before the trip. Bring your friends, kids, and fellow anglers, and come enjoy!
